How do I pay for service?
After selecting the package that suits you, you'll have access to your client portal for processing payments.
Do you bill monthly?
Yes: You will be billed on the 1st of each month before services are provided.
Do I have to be present when you clean?
No, you don’t need to be present during your cleaning. We just ask for easy access to your gate. If your dogs are friendly, we can clean while they’re in the yard—our team loves all animals! Once the cleanup is finished, we’ll send a picture of your closed gate to the phone number or email we have on file for your records.
What time will you arrive at my property?
Regarding scheduling, we will message you 60 mins before we arrive. We can’t provide a specific timeframe for your scoop day as we service many yards, and our routes are continuously optimized for efficiency, which helps us keep our rates low for you! Our team operates from around 7 AM until dark.
What happens if my service day falls on a holiday?
Great question! If your service day coincides with a major holiday, we will skip that week’s cleanup and perform double duty the following week. Please note that you will still be charged for both weeks of accumulated waste in your yard.
Do you disinfect your equipment?
Yes! We sanitize our equipment after every cleanup using an organic, kennel-grade disinfectant to prevent the spread of germs.
